摘    要:本文论述了变频调速系统在钢水罐车中的应用过程,对应用中出现的过流现象原因进行了分析和探讨,提出了按重载匹配变频装置选型设置的解决措施。进一步,为实现在现有负荷状况下变频驱动的无故障运行,提出了参数调整策略,保障了系统运行稳定性,降低了故障率。

Abstract:The application process of variable frequency speed regulation system in hot metal ladle car is discussed in this paper. The causes of over-current phenomena in the application were analyzed and discussed, and solutions were proposed to solve this problem that is to choose the inverter strict according to heavy load applications. Further, in order to realize the trouble-free operation of the variable frequency control system under the existing configuration conditions, a parameter adjustment strategy is proposed to ensure the stability of the system operation and reduce the failure rate.
