主动触发式矿热炉中压串联电容补偿装置的研发

摘    要:线路远距离输电导致的压降、损耗及感抗很大等问题,对矿热炉正常运行带来不利。针对此问题,对矿热炉功率因数补偿方式及补偿原理进行分析,设计了一种矿热炉中压串联电容补偿置装,采用主动触发间隙方式来保护电容器,具有自动调节电容器容量的能力。功率因数可提升至0. 92。该装置目前已经成功应用于内蒙古某矿热炉设备中,运行稳定,性能良好。

Abstract:The problems of voltage drop,loss and inductive reactance caused by long-distance transmission of the line are unfavorable to the normal operation of submerged arc furnace. Aiming at these problems,the power factor compensation method and compensation principle of the submerged arc furnace are analyzed and a medium-voltage capacitor compensation installation of the submerged arc furnace is designed. The active trigger gap is used to protect the capacitor,which has the ability to automatically adjust the capacitor capacity. The power factor can be increased to 0. 92. The device has been successfully applied to a mine furnace equipment in Inner Mongolia,with stable operation and good performance.
