明式椅类家具中冰盘沿的造型与应用研究

摘    要:目的研究冰盘沿外轮廓的造型比例,分析其造型设计,求出外轮廓形体变化趋势的函数关系式;以人体工程学中膝关节的活动规律为依据,分析冰盘沿线脚对于人体的适用性设计。方法以冰盘沿的外轮廓造型为依据进行分类,测量计算各类冰盘沿垂直方向的上下划分比值,并与黄金分割数相比较,测量绘制各例冰盘沿外轮廓的形体变化趋势曲线,得出其拟合曲线后分析变化特点,论证冰盘沿造型设计美学的合理性。求出各例拟合曲线的函数关系式,为实际生产提供依据。模拟人体从站立到坐下的过程中各阶段膝关节的肢体变化,将冰盘沿自身的形体变化角度、可活动范围与垂直厚度,同人体在坐的过程中不同状态下舒适的膝关节活动角度、活动范围与腘窝尺寸比较,得出冰盘沿对于人体的适用性。结论冰盘沿的造型符合设计美学和人体工程学中对于家具的设计要求,不仅满足"坐"的基本需求,同时增加了美观性与舒适性,对现代家具设计有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The work aims to study the shape proportion of the outer contour of ice-plate edge,analyze its shape design,and find out the functional relationship of the change trend of the outer contour shape,as well as analyze the applicability design of the ice-plate edge for human body,based on the motion law of knee joint in ergonomics.The ice-plate edges were classified based on the outer contour shape.The vertical dividing ratio of all kinds of ice-plate edges was measured and calculated.Compared with the golden section number,the shape change trend curve of the outer contour of each ice-plate edge was measured and drawn to analyze the change characteristics after the fitting curve was obtained,and demonstrate the rationality of design aesthetics of the ice-plate edge.The function relation formula of each fitting curve was obtained to provide basis for actual production.The limb changes of the knee joint in various stages of the human body from standing to sitting were simulated.The shape change angle,movable range and vertical thickness of ice-plate edge itself were compared with the comfortable knee joint movement angle,movable range and popliteal fossa size in different states of the human body during sitting to obtain the applicability of ice-plate edge to the human body.The shape of ice-plate edge meets the design requirements of furniture in design aesthetics and ergonomics.It not only meets the basic needs of“sitting”,but also increases the aesthetics and comfort,which plays a guiding role in modern furniture design.
