摘    要:针对冶金设计院等为主的第三方实施机构如何助推钢铁企业实施智能制造转型问题,分析了中国钢铁智能制造发展现状、当前钢铁企业智能化需求特点、钢铁智能制造供应商竞争特点,从客户定位、产品体系、发展路径三个方面给予冶金设计院建议。提出冶金设计院应以试点示范、标准体系建设、系统解决方案供应商培育为抓手,以过程建模优化和数字化设计作为核心竞争点,根据增量和存量市场不同切入点,循序渐进构建数字化设计、智慧工厂和工业互联网三大板块。

Abstract:This paper focuses on how the 3rd-party implementing agencies,such as the metallurgy design institutes, can promote the transformation of smart manufacturing in steel enterprises. The status quo of Chinas steel intelligent manufacturing development,the current intelligent supply and demand characteristics of steel enterprises are analysed. The metallurgy design institutes is recommended from three aspects: customer orientation, product system and development path. This paper proposed that the metallurgy design institutes should regard the pilot demonstration, standard system construction and system solution provider cultivation as three key aspects, and process modelling optimization and digital design as the core competition points. Step by step, three major sections including digital design ,smart factory and industrial internet can be established according to the different entry points of incremental and stock market.
