摘    要:为了提高微流体油液检测芯片的通量,基于原先的电感-电容式微流体检测芯片,设计紧贴线圈内孔呈环状分布的检测流道,从而将流道截面积增加为原先的8倍,继而增加了检测通量。考虑到油液中的金属颗粒物在环形流道中受重力作用影响,容易沉积堵塞检测流道,采用竖直流道来避免这一现象的发生。通过与原有检测芯片的对比实验,验证所设计的检测芯片可在不降低检测精度的前提下提高检测通量。该传感器的电感参数检测模式和电容参数检测模式可根据液压油中不同的污染物切换运行,从而可区分检测液压油中铁磁性金属颗粒、非铁磁性金属颗粒、水滴和气泡4种污染物。

Abstract:In order to improve the throughput of microfluidic chip,based on the original inductive-capacitive detection chip,an annular microchannel close to the inner hole of the coil was designed,which increases the cross-sectional area of the microchannel by 8 times so that the throughput is increased.Considering that the particles are easy to deposit and block the detection microchannel under the influence of gravity in the annular microchannel,the vertical microchannel was adopted to avoid this phenomenon.Through comparison experiments with the original detection chip,it is proved that the detection chip designed can improve the throughput without reducing the detection accuracy.The sensor’s inductance detection mode and capacitance detection mode can be switched according to the different pollutants in the hydraulic oil,so as to detect and distinguish four pollutants,including ferromagnetic metal particles,non ferromagnetic metal particles,water drops and air bubbles in the hydraulic oil.
