陶瓷插芯同轴度光电检测技术及系统研究

摘    要:陶瓷插芯内孔与外径的同轴度误差是判断陶瓷插芯品质优劣的重要指标,寻求精确高效的同轴度检测方法是陶瓷插芯生产行业多年的追求目标。针对陶瓷插芯同轴度检测问题,提出了一种基于CCD探测与图像测量相结合的同轴度检测新方法,并构建了测量系统。该系统以插芯外圆柱面作为基准,按旋转一定角度采集内孔图像,根据类拐点算法提取内孔图像边缘轮廓;利用最小二乘法拟合内孔圆曲线,求出不同转角对应的圆心位置,多个圆心位置对应的外接圆直径就是插芯的同轴度误差。实验表明:该方法及系统简单实用,在满足插芯测量精度要求的前提下具有很高的检测效率和低误判率。

Abstract:The ceramic inserting hole and the outer core of coaxiality error is the most important index to judge the ceramic inserting core quality, seeking the coaxiality detection method is accurate and efficient ceramic ferrule production industry for many years to pursue the goal. Aiming at the ceramic ferrule concentricity detection problem, a new method of coaxial Charge Coupled Device (CCD) detection and image measurement is put forward based on the combination of measurement, and the measuring system is constructed. The first system to insert the external cylindrical surface as the benchmark by rotating a certain angle, the inner hole image acquisition, according to the class of inflection point algorithm to extract the inner hole edge of the image contour, then the least square method (LSM) was used to fit the inner hole of the circular curve, for different angle corresponding to the center position, multiple circle circumcircle diameter was inserted core coaxial error. Experiments show that, this method is simple and practical, to meet the requirement of precision in core has high detection efficiency and low false positive rate.
