稀氧燃烧技术在热轧加热炉的应用

摘    要:稀氧燃烧技术主要应用于有色金属冶炼,在国内热轧板坯加热炉上尚无使用先例。为了节能降耗和减少环境污染,在热轧某产线加热炉上尝试采用在一定范围氧浓度下氧气和空气交叉限幅的稀氧燃烧控制技术,并设计了内漏检测等安全控制措施。项目的成功运行表明稀氧燃烧技术可以安全稳定运行于热轧加热炉生产,在氧气成本可控的情况下,可取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The technology of dilute oxygen combustion is mainly applied in nonferrous metallurgy, and it isn' t adopted in domestic hot-mill furnaces yet. In order to save energy and reduce environmental pollution , a dilute oxygen combustion technology with oxygen at a certain range of oxygen concentration and air cross limit is applied on a production line of hot-mill furnace, and the safety control measures such as inner leak detection are designed. The successful implementation of the project indicates that the dilute oxygen combustion technology can be safely and stably implemented into the hot-mill furnace production, and good economic and social benefits can be achieved with controllable oxygen cost.
