| 摘 要： | 基于某铜冶炼厂硫酸系统的生产现状,结合热管及热管锅炉的工作原理,在现有70万t/a硫酸系统的DCS系统基础上,配套2台热管锅炉余热系统,进行中温位余热回收扩能改造。改造后,回收余热蒸汽量达12.8万t,同时改善了现场作业环境,实现了制酸系统节能降耗的目的。
