摘    要:工程中由于密封件形状多样化和表面接触压力复杂多变,现有分析方法难以快速对密封性能进行定量分析。提出一种将密封接触压力引起的粗糙表面泄漏间隙变化等效为平行泄漏间隙,进而采用可压缩雷诺方程进行漏率计算的方法。该方法可快速计算各种工况下的密封性能。通过设计测量漏率实验,标定出接触压力和泄漏间隙的关系。基于该关系,将由有限元模型计算得到的密封接触压力分布转变为等效平行泄漏间隙分布,进而通过雷诺方程计算出密封界面的漏率。通过D形截面垫片验证漏率预测方法的准确性,实验验证表明,该方法能够快速准确计算出不均匀密封接触压力表面的漏率。

Abstract:Due to the variety of gasket shapes,the complex and variable surface contact pressure in engineering,it is difficult to make a quantitative analysis of the sealing performance of different structures quickly by using existing analytical methods.A method to calculate the leakage rate by using compressible Reynolds equation was proposed,in which the change of the leakage gap on the rough surface caused by the sealing contact pressure is equivalent to the parallel leakage gap.This method can quickly calculate the sealing performance under various working conditions.The relationship between contact pressure and leakage gap was calibrated by designing a leak measurement experiment.Based on this relationship,the sealing contact pressure distribution calculated by the finite element model was converted into an equivalent parallel leakage gap distribution,and the leakage rate of the sealing interface is calculated by the Reynolds equation.The accuracy of the leakage prediction method was verified by a D-shaped cross-section gasket.The experimental results prove that this method can calculate the leakage rate of the uneven sealing contact surface quickly and accurately.
