复合材料液压机四角调平控制系统设计

摘    要:为了满足复合材料液压机快速性和高精度的要求,为复合材料液压机设计了被动式四角调平液压控制系统,并着重从液压四角调平控制系统方面进行了设计选型。调平过程利用4个高响应比例伺服阀控制的布置于基座四角的调平缸的回油流量实现。在AMESim中的仿真是基于复合控制策略的PID控制算法进行的,以实现四角调平功能。

Abstract:In order to meet the speed and precision requirements of plastic press, the design of hydraulic systems and selection of hydraulic components were focused on. The passive four-corner leveling hydraulic control system was designed. Four leveling cylinders with high response servo-proportional valves were arranged in corners to keep the ram stable and reduce the collision impact with a pre-acceleration. Three strategies of leveling system were presented and a simple analysis to them was done. In order to realize the function of leveling, the AMESim simulation was carried based on PID compound control algorithm.
