The lifetime of the slewing bearing is mainly related to the ladle turret,so the inspection and maintaining work of the bearing is of high importance. At present,visual and acoustic inspection of the slewing bearing is widely used,and this kind of inspection is hardly sure that the bearing is broken in the early time. From 2016,the frequency inspection instrument was used to monitor the state of the slewing bearing,which can diagnose the lifetime of the bearing,precisely analyze the state of the bearing,guide the daily maintenance.
