摘    要:国内某钢厂1580热连轧机组第二架轧机(简称F2轧机)在轧制特别规格产品时极易发生振动,针对易发生振动的F2轧机主传动系统建立动力学模型,并计算出主传动系统的固有频率和主振型,通过对现场测试的振动信号进行分析,轧辊水平振动信号和主传动接轴的扭振信号具有明显的共性,轧辊水平振动是激励源,导致轧机主传动系统发生扭振共振,进而引起主轧机的强烈振动。消除或减弱轧辊的水平振动是解决轧机振动问题的关键。

Main Driving System Model and Vibration Analysis on the Mill of 1580 Hot Continuous Rolling Group

Abstract:For the abnormal vibration phenomena frequently occurring in the rolling on 1580 hot-rolling production line F2 mill,This paper established main driving system model, Through analysis,get inherent frequency and main vibration mode of rolling main drive system,Through the analysis of vibration signal,the horizontal vibration signal of the roll and the torsional vibration signal of the main drive system have obvious commonality. The horizontal vibration of the roll is the excitation source,which leads to torsional vibration resonance of the main drive system,and then causes the main rolling mill strong vibration. Eliminating or weakening the horizontal vibration of the roller is the key to solve the vibration problem of the mill.
