摘    要:采用树脂砂壳型铸造和四川钒钛生铁生产了一种全激冷Cr-Ni-Cu系铸铁凸轮轴,其显微组织由初生奥氏体枝晶和D型石墨 奥氏体共晶体组成,奥氏体随后转变成珠光体;珠光体含量大于95%,渗碳体含量为3%~6%;凸轮激冷层为莱氏体,硬度为50~58HRC,激冷层深度为5~10mm。金相分析发现,钛促进了D型石墨的形成,使凸轮轴非激冷部位的强度达到246~260MPa,硬度为226~260HB;目前,这种凸轮轴已经得到广泛应用。

Abstract:A sort of fully chilled Cr-Mo-Cu alloyed camshaft was produced in phenol resin -coated sand shell mold with local V-Ti containing pig iron as melting charge. Its microstructure consists of primary austenite dendrite and D-type graphite plus austenite eutectic. Then the austenite eutectic transformed into pearlite. The content of pearlite is more than 95%, and cementite content is 3%-6%. The chilled layer of the cam consists ledeburite with hardness 50-58 HRC,and the chilled layer depth is 5-10 mm. Microstructure analysis found that Ti promotes D-type graphite formation, and as a result, the strength of unchilled area of the camshaft reached 246-260 MPa, and its hardness reached 226-260 HB. At present, this type of camshaft has been widely used.
