| 摘 要： | 文章以原油蒸馏装置为例，探讨用新型可编程调节器完成原料加热炉出口温度控制；另一方面利用ＰＮＡ可编程调节器强大的计算控制能力，完成加热炉在线热效率计算寻优，从而使加热炉在较高的效率下工作。

| Abstract: | Taking the furnace of crude oil distillation sotting as an example,the technique which the new type programmable controller accomplishes temperature control of outlet in furnace is approached.On the other hand,the calculation of calorific efficiency on line can be done with the help of powerful calculation and control abilities,thereby the furnace works in high efficiency.The concrete project is given,and an effective method of energy conservation for furnace is offered. |
