智能型超压保护装置的设计方法

摘    要:超压保护装置主要是为油田井下压裂施工仪表车而设计的。它是基于8031单片机的高智能型监控装置,内部电路采用了高精度数据采集A/D芯片ICL7135及其相关的接口技术、RS-422串行通信、光电隔离和语音合成等技术。当压力超过设定范围时,它将语音提示并使系统进入保护运行状态。在压裂施工过程中,它能独立于其它监控仪表系统工作,也能与上位计算机联机工作。该装置投入使用以来,在测量精度和系统可靠性方面都以

Abstract:The overpressure protection equipment is mainly designed for hydraulic fracturing in oil field. It is a high intelligent monitoring and controlling equipment. Its adopts the high precision data conversion chip(A/D ICL7135),the correlated interface technology,RS 422 serial communication,the photoelectric isolation,the phonic compound method and so on. When the pressure exceeds the given range,the system works in the protection state and make the phonic prompt. It can either run along or on line work with the upper computer. The application effect shows that its measuring precision and reliablity can completely meet the actual demands and the good economic benefit has been got.
