| 摘 要： | 磁力研磨是一种微细特种加工方法。在此介绍了磁力研磨加工的原理及特点,对磁性磨料的制备技术及要点作了简述,并对磁场场强、场强梯度、磁极分布等研磨参数以及工件与磨粒相对运动方式对研磨质量的影响进行了讨论,同时报告了国内外磁力研磨技术研究及工业应用的现状。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces magnetic force grinding characteristic and principles. It gives machining technology and main points of magnetic materials, and parameters of magnetic intensity, magnetic terrace intensity and so on. It also discusses influence of relative move between works and grinding grains on grinding quality. Magnetic force grinding is a special micro minute machining process, and this technologies can be applied at civil and abroad. |
