| 摘 要： | 文中扼要地介绍了大伙房水库输水工程的地质条件、工程本身及其设计上的一些特点,即:输水隧洞长85.32 km,开挖洞径8.00 m,是目前世界在建同等规模最长的隧洞;具有十分优越的输水条件;隧洞施工采用以TBM为主、钻爆法为辅的联合施工方案施工;并根据具体条件,分别采用逆坡掘进和顺坡掘进、洞外组装TBM直接进洞和洞内组装TBM方式;在国内首次采用了连续皮带机出渣方案;选择与地质条件相适应的开敞式隧洞掘进机;单机连续掘进长度按20 km左右控制;而且在TBM施工段中间设置了施工支洞,从而确保了TBM单机掘进长度等。

| Abstract: | The geological condition,the characteristics of the project and the features of the design for the water conveyance project of Dahuofang Reservoir are briefly introduced herein;for which the tunnel is the longest one within those in the world with the same scale.The tunnel is mainly tunneled by TMB along with the drill and blast method as the supplement,while the spoil is disposed with a continuous conveyor system under the specific condition for the first time in China.Furthermore,the construction adit is arranged in the mid-section of the tunneling line of TBM,and then the excavated advance of single TBM is guaranteed as well. |
