高压星型空压机振动分析与虚拟样机仿真

摘    要:高压空压机是船舰上的重要设备,其振动噪声是评价空压机性能的重要指标;通过现场测量得出高压星型空压机的振动情况。理论分析星型空压机所受的惯性力和惯性力矩,提出星型空压机的平衡方法;采用Adams软件对星型空压机进行虚拟样机仿真,得出空压机曲柄连杆机构平衡前、后所受振动力的大小;对平衡前后振动力进行频谱分析,表明星型空压机在一阶惯性力完全平衡,二阶惯性力合力为零的情况下,三阶惯性力成为影响振动力大小的主要因素。

Abstract:High pressure air compressor is an important equipment on warships. The vibration and noise are important indicators of performange evaluation. The vibration of high pressure star-type air compressor was obtained through field measurements. The inertia force and inertia moment of star-type air compressor were studied, and a method to balance the star-type air compressor was proposed. Dynamics simulation were obtained through virtual prototype simulation of star-type air compressor by ADAMS software, and the change in the value of vibration force was calculated. By analyzing the spectrum of vibration force, in the case when one order inertia force is balanced and two order inertia force is zero, three order inertia force becomes the main influence factor of vibration force.
