火炮后坐距离记忆及告警装置设计

摘    要:后坐距离是反映火炮反后坐装置性能的一个重要指标,超过规定距离不允许进行下一发弹的射击,对确保火炮正常射击起到重要作用;以往火炮的后坐距离是靠人工通过后坐指示器来读取,这会影响射击效率,不利于实施快速打击;利用传感器技术,单片机编程设计了火炮后坐距离记忆及告警装置;该装置可以记录火炮射击每一发弹的后坐距离和总发射弹数,并具备后坐距离超过规定最大值时进行报警等功能,有效解决了后坐指示器人工读取、记录的缺点,对射击效率的提高具有较大的实际意义。

Design of Artillery Recoil Distance Memory and Warning Device

Abstract:Recoil distance is an important evaluation index to reflect the performance of gun recoil mecha- nism. It cannot allow to fire of artillery if recoil distance exceeding the prescribed distance. So it played an important role to ensure the normal firing of artillery. Previous artillery recoil distance is read by artificial indicator through the recoil, which affects the firing efficiency and has no conducive to the implementation of fast attack. This paper designed the gun recoil distance memory and alarm device by using the sensor technology and SCM programming. The device not only can record the recoil distance of each firing projec- tile and the total number of it but also can alarm if the recoil distance exceeds the specified maximum. The device effectively solves the problem that the recoil indicator artificial read and record. It has practical sig- nificance to improve the efficiency of the shooting.
