AMT换挡执行机构道路模拟试验设计与分析

摘    要:进行了试验场实车耐久性试验,采集了不同工况下换挡箱体的载荷谱数据,收集并统计了不同工况下不同挡位的换挡次数。结合AMT实际安装情况,搭建了道路模拟试验平台。结合RPC技术,对AMT换挡执行机构进行了室内道路模拟试验,从而完成了对换挡执行机构耐久性的考核与评价。

Design and Analysis of Road Simulation Test for AMT Shifting System

Abstract:Through Proving ground durability test,the load spectrum data of AMT gear box is obtained when driving at different nowadays,and the shifting frequency of different gear is collected under different driving conditions .Test platform for road simulation is builted according to the actual assembly on the car. Combined with the RPC technology,the fatigue reliability of AMT actuator can be appraised and assessed in the laboratory through the road simulation test.
