对转螺旋桨测速仪的设计与实现

摘    要:针对水下航行器对转螺旋桨的转速测量,分析了测速仪的功能和性能要求,采用C8051F020单片机、双探头霍尔传感器、双色数码管、鉴相电路、嗡鸣器等搭建了硬件电路,具有计数与中断功能,并留有RS-485接口和JTAG编程接口。为了提高测量精度利用变M/T法测量转速,给出了主程序和中断处理程序流程,实现了转速测量、正反转识别、显示、报警等功能,试验结果表明,所设计的测速仪能够完成总体要求的所有功能。

Design and Implementation of Circuit Speed Meter for Contra-rotating Propeller

Abstract:Aiming at the speed measurement problem of the contra-rotating propeller of the underwater ve- hicle, the paper analyses the requirement of function and performance. C8051 F020 single-chip micropro- cessor, two Hall sensor probes, double color digital tube, phase discriminator and buzzer are used to build hardware circuit. The interface of RS-485 and Joint Test Action Group (JTAG) are reserved. To improve the precision of the measurement, the alterable M/T method is adopted. The main software and interrupt service routine flow are given. The functions of speed meter, contra-rotating discriminating, display and a- larm are fully realized. The experiment test proves that the speed meter we designed can accomplish all functions the overall design required.
