| 摘 要： | 根据项目实施经验，笔者列举出了影响系统集成项目工期的、与实施方自身相关的因素，主要包括：施工单位综合管理水平和技术素质能力，项目实施班组的整体素质，科学制定、严格执行的计划管理，项目实施相关各方的密切配合，合理利用施工资源以及合理的应变措施，并对每个因素作了具体阐述。

| Abstract: | Based on the author＇s project implementation experience, the author enumerates the relevant factors to impact the construction and implementation of the project, including the level of construction management and technical quality, the overall quality of the project team, the scientific and strict plan management, close collaboration with stakeholders, the rational use of construction resources, as well as the reasonable measures. The paper illustrates the above factors. |
