| Abstract: | By more than 20 years development, the technology of the Building Intelligentization has become a new subject. It has its own issues, own applying market and growing rules, so the field in education and scientific research should envisage its existence and try to develop newly subject energetically, to acquire a space in the new competition of the international technology and economy market. This paper raised these points and discussed them. |
