试验速率对连续屈服材料拉伸性能的影响

摘    要:在电子万能试验机上对连续屈服材料实施不同速率和不同控制模式的拉伸试验,获得不同试验条件下的拉伸性能和曲线。试验结果表明:对于连续屈服材料,规定塑性延伸强度Rp0.2随应变速率增加而增大,且有加速增大的趋势;但对材料抗拉强度Rm的影响因材料强化机理不同而不同;对断后伸长率A影响较小。试验速率控制方式对规定塑性延伸强度Rp0.2无明显影响,不同控制方式在合适时间切换对抗拉强度Rm和断后伸长率A也无明显影响。

Influence of Test Rate on Tensile Property of Continuous Yield Material

Abstract:Tensile test of continuous yield material under different test rate or different rate control method were carried out by electronic universal testing machine,and then tensile properties and curves were obtained. The results showed that the proof strength of plastic extension Rp0.2 varied with the strain rate increase,and it trended to accelerated. While the influence of tensile strength Rmwas different,which resulted from different strengthen mechanism. The influence of percentage elongation after fracture A was insensitive to the strain rate. The influence of proof strength of plastic extension Rp0.2 was not obvious to the test rate control method. When the test rate control method was switched at appropriate time,the influence of tensile strength Rmand percentage elongation after fracture A were not obvious.
