阻尼器在上海环球金融中心的应用

摘    要:上海环球金融中心大楼地上101层,高492m,主体结构为钢骨及钢筋混凝土组合结构.建筑物顶部最大风速为26.3m/s.为了减小强风荷载作用时建筑物的晃动幅度,改善风荷载下的舒适度,以及地震对建筑物的不利影响,在建筑标高为394m的高度布置了两台阻尼器.由于该工程工期紧张,需要在结构施工过程中逐步完成阻尼器构件的吊装和组装,这就涉及到阻尼器安装与其他工序,例如钢结构吊装,大型内爬式塔吊的爬升等的交叉和协调问题.通过合理安排日进度计划,以及调整阻尼器构件的安装顺序,顺利完成了阻尼器的安装工作.阻尼器安装完成后经过了5.12大地震和强台风的影响,取得了满意的效果.

Abstract:The height of 101-storeyed Shanghai World Financial Center is 492m.The main structure is a combination structure of steel skeleton and reinforcement concrete.the maximum wind speed on the top of the building is 26.3 m/s.To reduce swing amplitude of the building under wind loading,improve comfortable under wind loading and reduce the adverse effect of earthquake to building,two dampers are arranged at the building elevation of 394m.Because construction period is very short,the lifting and assembling of damper members must be completed gradually during the building construction.So conflict and coordination must be considered caused by installation of the damper and the other construction process such as the lifting of steel structure and the climbing of large inner-climbing tower crane etc.By rationally arranging project progress per day and changing installation sequence of damper members,the dampers were installed successfully.The dampers experienced 5.12 earthquake and severe typhoon,and gained good effect.
