| Abstract: | The bill of quantities pricing mode is a scientific and reasonable pricing mode in construction industry and has played a positive role in promoting fair competition and economic benefits. It analyzes the characteristics of engineering quantity list valuation mode, explores the existence of project cost management problems under the mode of valuation and puts forward further suggestions and opinions to promote engineering cost management of the engineering quantity list valuation pattern. |
