| 摘 要： | 项目实施是将建设项目的规划、设计方案转变为工程实体的过程。该过程是工程资金形成的主要过程,是建设资金的主要使用阶段。分析了工程项目实施阶段影响工程造价的主要因素,对实施阶段造价管理的现状进行了探讨,并提出了一些改进意见和建议。 |

| Abstract: | The implementation of the project is to process projects＇ planning, design into the project entity.This process is the main process of project capital formation and mainl use stage of the construction funds.This paper analyzes the main factors influencing the construction cost of the project implementation. And status of implementation stages of cost management is discussed, and some improving opinions and suggestions are also pointed out. |
