| 摘 要： | 阐述了对新奥法的认识，围绕新奥法施工的三要素介绍了如何组织工程建设，提出了二次混凝土衬砌后封底和人工封拱后回填灌浆的重要性，以达到高效优质地搞好工程建设的目的。
