| 摘 要： | 文章分析了基于功能和基于过程的两种制造系统建模仿真方法,提出了面向过程的建模仿真系统的元模型结构,详细设计了制造系统多个视图模型中的主要建模元素。在此基础上,采用面向对象分析和软件组件技术,实现了组件化制造过程建模仿真系统中的各个组成模块。该软件应用于实际,与CIMS其它子系统集成运行,提高了制造企业的整体业务水平。

| Abstract: | Both of the function-and process-based modeling and simulation method of manufacturing system are dis-cussed.The metamodel structure of process-oriented modeling and simulation system is advocated.Furthermore,the key model element of multi-view model of manufacturing system is introduced in detail.On the basis of object-oriented analysis and software component technology,all the software system is developed.It is applied in practive and runs with other subsystem of CIMS.The system can improve the whole business process level of manufacturing enterprise. |
