| 摘 要： | 随着食品工业迅猛发展和人民生活水平不断提高,人们对食品添加剂痕量成分检测提出更高要求,离子色谱法(IC)因具有快速、简便、灵敏、选择性好等诸多优点而逐渐受到人们重视。该文就近年来IC在食品添加剂检测中应用作一概述,以便为相关研究提供新的思路和方法。
