摘    要:随着食品工业迅猛发展和人民生活水平不断提高,人们对食品添加剂痕量成分检测提出更高要求,离子色谱法(IC)因具有快速、简便、灵敏、选择性好等诸多优点而逐渐受到人们重视。该文就近年来IC在食品添加剂检测中应用作一概述,以便为相关研究提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract:With the rapid development of food industry and increasingly improved people's life, people have a higher demand on detection of food additives, IC is gradually noted for its merit such as rapid, convenient, sensitive and so on. The paper has a simple summarization on the application of ion chromatography on detection of food additives, in order to give some advice for further research.
