摘    要:矿井提升机是建立在矿井地面与矿下之间,进行人员、物资运输的设备,其安全、可靠运行是保证地下矿山开采生产安全和工人生命安全的基础。针对传统提升机的停车和调速精准度差,过卷、松绳、超速故障率高,使用效率低等问题,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑器和矢量变频器的数字化提升机控制系统。该系统采用PLC控制器作为主控设备,通过控制矢量变频器改变电源电压与频率的方式实现电机的调速。同时搭载温度传感器、红外定位传感器等测量元件,严控井下温度,确保停车位置精准度。该系统改变了传统的电机有级调速方式,位置控制精度达到±30 mm,稳速精度可达±0.5%,能有效降低提升机故障率,且提高工作效率。

Abstract:The mine hoist is a device that is built between the mine floor and the mine to carry out transportation of personnel and materials.Its safe and reliable operation is the basis for ensuring the safety of underground mine production and the safety of workers.A digital hoist control system based on programmable logic device and vector inverter is designed for the problem of poor parking and speed regulation,over-winding,loose rope,high speed failure rate and low efficiency of traditional hoist.The PLC controller is adopted as the main control device,and the speed regulation of the motor by controlling the vector inverter to change the power supply voltage and frequency is realized.At the same time,it is equipped with measuring components such as temperature sensor and infrared positioning sensor to strictly control the temperature downhole and ensure the accuracy of parking position.The system changes step-by-step speed regulation mode of the traditional motor,the position control accuracy reaches±30 mm,and the steady speed accuracy can reach±0.5%,which can effectively reduce the hoist failure rate and improve work efficiency.
