一种枳椇子、葛根、益生菌配方产品醒酒及肝损伤保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨一种枳椇子、葛根、牛磺酸、酵母、益生菌解酒配方产品的醒酒及肝损伤保护作用。方法:采用酒精灌胃法建立急性酒精中毒模型,采集大鼠血液检测乙醇含量,观察小鼠醉酒行为学指标;建立酒精性肝损伤模型,采集小鼠肝脏检测还原型谷胱甘肽(Glutathione reduced,GSH)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)水平。结果:与模型对照组相比,各剂量实验组大鼠血液乙醇含量及血液乙醇曲线下面积(AUC)较低。各剂量实验组小鼠醉酒时间平均值分别缩短了46.10%、30.89%和28.83%,低剂量和高剂量组差异显著,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型对照组小鼠相比,各剂量实验组小鼠醒酒时间平均值分别缩短了28.02%、13.26%和19.57%,其中低剂量组和高剂量组缩短明显且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低剂量实验组和高剂量实验组小鼠肝组织匀浆中MDA含量明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05),各剂量组TG含量、GSH含量明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解酒配方具有短时速效解酒功能,长期食用可预防酒精性肝损伤作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the anti-alcoholism and hepatoprotective effects of pueraria,Hovenia dulcis Thunb.,taurine,yeast and probiotics composite.Methods:A model of acute alcoholism in rats and mice was established by intragastrical administration of alcohol.The ethanol concentration in blood and the behavioral indicators of drunkenness mice was detected.The alcoholic liver injury model was established,and the liver of mice was collected to detect MDA,GSH and TG levels.Results:Compared with the model control group,the blood ethanol content and the area under the blood ethanol curve (AUC) of rats in each dose experimental group were lower.The average drunk time of mice in each dose experimental group was shortened by 46.10%,30.89% and 28.83%,respectively.The difference between low-dose and high-dose groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with model control group mice,the average sober-up time of mice in each dose experimental group was shortened by 28.02%,13.26% and 19.57% respectively,among which the low dose group and the high dose group were significantly shortened (P<0.05).MDA content in liver homogenate of mice in low-dose experimental group and high-dose experimental group was significantly lower than that of model control group (P<0.05),TG content and GSH content in each dose group were significantly higher than that of model control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The anti-alcoholism composite has a short-term and quick-acting anti-alcoholism function,and can prevent alcoholic liver injury after long-term consumption.
