摘    要:为了提高变电站检修安全预警能力,提出一种基于三维定位的变电站检修安全预警系统设计方法。采用三维成像技术进行变电站检修安全预警的图谱特征分析,提取变电站检修安全预警图谱信息的边缘轮廓特征量,采用纹理模板匹配技术进行变电站的谱密度分析和差异性特征提取,采用活动轮廓检测方法对变电站检修安全预警的图谱特征点进行灰色不变矩检测,得到故障类型;根据故障类型采用三维定位和特征重构方法,实现了变电站检修安全预警的图谱特征提取和三维定位识别。在DSP和FPGA集成处理环境中实现变电站检修安全预警系统的硬件设计。研究得知,采用该方法进行变电站检修安全预警的精准度较高,自适应性较好。

Abstract:In order to realize the early warning ability of substation maintenance safety,a design method of substation maintenance safety early warning system based on 3D positioning is proposed.The three-dimensional imaging technology is used to analyze the atlas characteristics of substation maintenance safety early warning,and the edge contour feature of substation overhaul safety warning map information is extracted.The texture template matching technique is used to analyze the spectral density and extract the difference features of substations.The active contour detection method is used to detect the gray invariant moments of the atlas feature points of substation maintenance safety early warning,and the fault types are obtained.According to the fault type,the method of 3D location and feature reconstruction is used to realize the extraction of map features and three-dimensional location recognition of substation maintenance safety early warning.The hardware design of substation maintenance safety warning system is realized in the integrated processing environment of DSP and FPGA.The results show that the accuracy and adaptability of the method are high.
