基于数据标签的智能电网监控与异常检测

针对智能电网监控传输协议、计算处理效率和异常数据检测等存在的不足,提出了一种基于数据标签的SEG监控架构和异常数据检测算法。先对SEG数据标签监控与异常检测的框架进行设计；然后对异常检测流程、稀疏化与精简算法和检测算法进行设计,提出一种基于数据标签的数据精简和异常检测算法；最后进行SEG数据标签监控实例分析和对比仿真实验。通过实验,本文所设计的数据标签SEG监控与异常数据检测,其异常数据检测的准确率大于80%和召回率高于82%,而算法运行时间较参比算法少2.0-3.0秒。

Outlier Data Detection and Monitoring of Smart Electric Grid Based on Data-tag

Aiming at the shortcomings of smart grid monitoring transmission protocol, calculation and processing efficiency and outlier data detection, it is proposed a SEG monitoring architecture and outlier data detection algorithm based on data tag in this paper. Firstly, therearedesigned the framework of SEG data tag monitoring and outlier detection. Then, it is designed the system outlier detection process, thinning and simplification algorithm and outlier data detection algorithm.And it is proposed a data reduction and anomaly detection algorithm based on data-tag. Finally, this paperis carried out the SEG data tag monitoring example analysis and comparative simulation experiment. Through experiments, the SEG monitoring and outlier data detection of the data tag designed in this paper, the accuracy of outlier data detection is more than 80% and the recall rate is more than 82%, and the running time of the algorithm is 2.0-3.0 seconds less than that of the reference algorithm.
