近景测量技术研究及其在航空制造中的应用

摘    要:近景测量技术近年来在航空制造中得到了越来越广泛的应用,为此对近景测量技术 及应用进行了研究。介绍了近景测量系统的组成及国内外各大公司生产的近景测量设备,分析了 近景测量系统的相机校正、测量点识取、图像自动匹配、待测点坐标计算、系统误差控制等关键 技术,总结了近景测量技术的特点以及其可能存在的问题,阐述了目前近景测量技术以其测量精 度高、效率高、性能好、可以无接触测量的特点,在航空制造中零部件几何特征测量、全机水平 测量、逆向反求测量、钣金变形分析等方面应用,并对近景测量技术发展提出展望。

Study on the Technologies of Close Range Photogrammetry and Applications in the Manufacture of Aviation

Abstract:In recent years, the technologies of close range photogrammetry have been widely used in the manufacture of aviation, so the technologies of close range photogrammetry and applications are studied. This article describes the composition of a close range measurement system and the close range measuring equipment produced by companies at home and abroad. The taking of measurement points and the calibration of close range photogrammetry are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of close range photogrammetry are summarized. The applications of close range photogrammetry in the manufacture of aviation are described.
