摘    要:为提高滚动转子式压缩机效率,减少制冷设备的能源消耗。依据压缩机理论分析及流动建模,确定采用降低压缩机气缸高度的方式减小滚套径向间隙,进而减少泵体内冷媒气体泄漏,达到提升效率的目的。同时分析由此会带来的影响,并通过仿真建模及形变试验加以验证。因叶片槽为气缸内部的非对称结构,降低气缸高度会明显影响气缸叶片槽形变,为此需要依据仿真及试验结果,及时调整泵体间隙设计,避免因摩擦增大造成压缩机功率增加,甚至压缩机泵体锁死。

Abstract:In order to improve efficiency of rolling rotor compressor, we reduce energy consumptions of refrigeration equipment. We study the compressor's influence factors using theoretical analysis. The results indicate that reducing cylinder height can improve the efficiency of rolling rotor compressors. Simulations and deformation experiments are used to analyze the influences it brings. We find that reducing cylinder height can has significant influences to blade grooves' deformation. Relevant adjustments should be made according to the simulation and experimental results.
