[学科发展]服务型制造学术研究与工业应用综述

服务型制造是工业化进程中制造与服务融合发展的一种新型产业形态。制造业与服务业的深度融合，必须对生产者与消费者的角色进行重新定位，对生产者与生产者、生产者与消费者之间的链接关系进行重构解析。以服务型制造为核心关键词，以近年来国内外发表的学术论文为检索依据，从组织与运行模式、制造服务增值、设计与生产性服务、工业产品服务系统、制造服务供应链以及IT自动化技术对服务型制造的增效等视角进行了综述，并对典型的工业应用案例进行了剖析。最后，分析和讨论了服务型制造的发展趋势。

Academic Research and Industrial Applications of Service-oriented Manufacturing

Service-oriented manufacturing was a new industrial pattern of integrating manufacturing and services in the context of industrialization.In the deep integration of manufacturing and service industries，the roles of producers and consumers would be relocated，and the link relationship between producers and producers，producers and consumers should be reconstructed.The service-oriented manufacturing was taken as the keywords herein，and the academic articles published at home and abroad in the past ten years were selected as the research samples.The organization and operation mode，value-added manufacturing services，design and production service，industrial product-service system，manufacturing service supply chain and the manufacturing supported by IT-based technology were covered.Then，industrial applications were analyzed.Finally，the development trends of service-oriented manufacturing were discussed.
