母猪饲喂控制系统的研究

摘    要:为解决如今我国养猪业存在的问题,实现母猪喂养的信息化与数字化,研究并开发了母猪饲喂控制系统。对 系统的总体框架和各部分功能模块进行了整体设计,并确定了以ARM9 为控制核心的方案。硬件部分完成了基于RFID射频 阅读器电路的设计,直流电机控制门控开关的设计和步进电机控制自动下料的设计,实现了ZigBee 无线模块与ARM9 之间的 通信,最后对硬件系统和软件系统进行了调试与集成,并在养猪场安装试运行。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems existing in pig industry and realize the digitalization and digitalization of sow feeding, the sow feeding control system is researched and developed. The overall frame of the system and the functional modules of each part are designed in this paper, and the scheme with ARM9 as the control core is determined. The hardware design includes the RFID RF reader circuit, DC motor control gating switch, and stepper motor control automatic feeding. The communication between ZigBee wireless module and ARM9 is realized. Finally the hardware system and the software system are debugged and integrated, and it is installed for trial operation in pig farms.
