机械密封用螺旋式泵效环泵送性能研究

摘    要:为了研究机械密封用螺旋式泵效环的泵送性能,利用CFD软件Fluent对泵效环的内部流场进行数值模拟计算,得到泵效环内部流场的压力分布,并计算出泵效环的泵送扬程,获得了流量-扬程性能曲线,分析了泵效环的转速和螺纹头数对其泵送能力的影响。结果表明:螺旋式泵效环具有较强的泵送能力,且泵效环的转速和螺纹头数对其泵送性能都有相应的影响。随着转速的增加,泵效环扬程增大,但扬程随流量的变化幅度并不大。随着螺纹头数的增加,泵效环扬程先增加再减小,且扬程随流量的变化趋于平缓。

Abstract:To study pumping performance of screw pumping ring for mechanical seals, internal flow field of pumping ring is numerically simulated by the CFD software Fluent. The pressure distribution in pumping ring's internal flow field is obtained, and the pumping head of pumping ring is calculated. A flow-head performance curve is obtained and the effect of pumping rings rotational speed and number of threads on its pumping capacity is analyzed. The results show that the screw pumping ring has a strong pumping capacity, and rotational speed and number of threads of pumping ring have a corresponding influence on its pumping performance; with increase of rotational speed, the lift of pumping ring increases, but the change of head with flow rate is not large; with increase of number of threads, the lift of pumping ring increases first and then decreases, and the head changes with flow rate tends to be gentle.
