| 摘 要： | 质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors, PPIs）是一类抑制胃酸分泌的药物，用于急、慢性消化系统疾病的治疗，也常用于化学药物治疗、放射性治疗、应激性溃疡和合用类固醇类药物的预防性给药。临床研究中发现，大部分的PPIs的预防性给药存在不合理现象。本文综述了癌症患者合并使用PPIs的临床实验及PPIs的不良反应，为PPIs的合理用药提供参考。

| Abstract: | Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are a class of drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion. They are used in the treatment of acute and chronic digestive diseases. They are also commonly used in chemical therapy, radiation therapy, stress ulcers and prophylactic administration of steroids. In clinical research, it is found that most of the preventive administrations of PPIs are unreasonable. This article reviews the clinical trials and adverse reactions of PPIs in cancer patients, providing a reference for rational use of PPIs. |
