金属纤维烧结滤毡孔隙结构的SEM分析

摘    要:用扫描电镜对不锈钢纤维烧结滤毡的孔隙结构进行了分析。得出了一种固定孔隙的制样方法,用此制样方法可观察到滤毡截面的真实形貌,从而有效地分析滤毡中粗细纤维的配比和各层的孔隙率。

Abstract:The pore structure of the stainless steel fiber felt was analyzed by SEM. The method of sample preparation by pore fixing was described. The results showed that it was a good method for studying irregular porous structure and the related ratio of felt.
