粉煤灰-石灰-半水石膏胶凝材料的研究

摘    要:研究了粉煤灰-石灰-半水石膏(FLG)胶凝材料中,半水石膏对胶凝体系性能的影响作用。结果表明:增大半水石膏的掺量,FLG胶凝材料的标准稠度用水量增加,凝结时间缩短。半水石膏的掺入改善了FLG胶凝材料早期强度。胶凝材料中粉煤灰的反应率与半水石膏掺量存在一定关系。半水石膏的掺入使胶凝材料对干湿度的敏感度增加,因此养护方式的选择对胶凝材料的强度发展也非常重要。

Abstract:Effect of hemihydrated gypsum on the properties of fly ash-lime-gypsum(FLG) cementitous materials was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of the content of hemihydrated gypsum,the normal consistency of cementitous materials increased,and the setting time was significantly decreased.The introduction of hemihydrated gypsum improved the early strength of the system and influenced the reaction rate of fly ash.Addition of hemihydrated gypsum changed the sensitivity of fly ahs-lime systems to curing environment,and it was important to determine a proper curing condition for this cementitous materials.
