| 摘 要： | 服务外包产业是智力人才密集型现代服务业,具有信息技术承载高、附加值大、资源消耗低、环境污染小、国际化水平高等特点。大力培养服务外包人才,提高高校毕业生就业能力,有利于加快经济发展方式转变,促进区域经济协调发展,优化外贸结构,提高利用外资水平。应了解软件服务外包人才需求现状,明确我国软件服务外包市场人才需求特点及高职软件技术人才培养中的问题,探索＂职业培训与职业教育衔接、服务外包行业与专业对接＂的＂1.5＋0.5＋1＂高职软件服务外包人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The intelligence service outsourcing industry is a talent-intensive modern service industry,with the characteristics of information technology,carrying a high added value,low resource consumption,little environmental pollution,and high interna-tional level.To cultivate service outsourcing talents and enhance the employability of college graduates will help to speed up change in the pattern of economic development and promote coordinated regional economic development,optimize the trade structure and improve the level of utilization of foreign investment.We should be aware of the demand situation of service outsourcing talents,clarify the characteristics and personnel demands for the software outsourcing explore the training mode of ＂1.5 ＋ 0.5 ＋ 1＂ integrating vocational training and education an outsourcing,enterprises and majors to cultivate more software outsourcing talents. |
