| 摘 要： | 普通简易开采稠油电加热技术只能实现泵上加热,常出现稠油进泵困难、负荷重、卡泵、抽油杆断脱等现象。针对上述问题,河南油田在部分稠油开发中配套应用了空心抽油杆电加热技术,并实现了空心转子螺杆泵过泵加热及斜直井加热配套。该技术和其他电加热技术相比具有工艺简单、现场施工方便、加热效果明显等优点。并解决了该油田热采区块部分斜直井因油稠而在生产后期出现光杆下不去、吞吐周期短、吞吐效果差的问题。该技术在河南油田现场实施8井次,工艺成功率和有效率达100%,共增油1465．2 t,取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | Normal production of heating technology is only applied on heating pump,sucking of stick oil with difficulty and higher load causing pump blocking or rod broken.Aiming above problem,we developed heating technology on hollow pipe and hollow rotor of screw pump,which is heating when liquid passing through hollow rotor and it is used as a matching facility for slope well.It features of easy in process,and operation on site,high of heating efficiency.Several problems are solved when it is used in heating produc- tion area of Henan Oilfield.It is used for 8 times with 100% efficiency and increased production is 1 465.2 tons. |
