| 摘 要： | "宜居"是对人的居住行为和活动需求的满足状态,它既涉及到城市所提供的各种设施的水平,也涉及到城市的物质环境、社会环境和心理环境,还涉及到人们自身的需求层次和价值观念.不同时期、不同的人们具有不同的价值观,对"宜居"概念的理解也具有多义性.对"宜居"来说,没有规则,只有选择!"宜居城市"是人们所选择的适合于自己生活并感到满意的城市,它应当是具有多样化选择并和谐共存的和谐社会、和谐城市.

| Abstract: | Livability is a satisfactory state of people's dwelling behavior and activity needs. It is not only relevant to a variety of infrastructure a city provides such as its physical, social, and spiritual environment, but also related to people's demands and value options. People of different times have different value options and understandings of the concept "livability". There is not a universal rule for "livability" but only choice from different options. Livable city is people's choice of a city that offers satisfactory life and a harmonious society that offers different choices. |
