PET再生丝的高弹DTY生产工艺

利用115 dtex/68 f再生PET的POY为原料,生产77 dtex/68 f PET高弹DTY,讨论了主要生产工艺对产品质量的影响。结果表明,选择合适的生产工艺及设备部件,控制纤维变形温度210℃,控制拉伸倍数,使断裂伸长率在(20±1)%,纺丝速度为500m/min,D/Y比为1.8～2.0时,生产稳定,DTY产品质量指标与常规产品基本相同,断裂强度稍低,但染色均匀性更好。

Production process of high-elasticity DTY of regenerated PET yarn

The 77 dtex/68 f high-elasticity PET DTY was prepared using 115 dtex/68 f regenerated PET POY as raw material. The effect of the production process on the product quality was discussed.The results showed that the production was stable while using the rational production process and equipment at texturing temperature 210℃,a proper draw ratio to reach a (20±1)% e- longation at break,spinning velocity 500 m/min and D/Y ratio 1.8-2.0.As compared with the traditional PET DTY,the ob- tained PET DTY had almost equal physical indexes,slightly lower breaking strength and higher dyeing uniformity.
