| 摘 要： | 文章从当前小火电机组关停形势出发,详细分析了"十一五"期间我国已关停的小火电机组容量、关停机组装机范围、区域分布等特征,并结合区域GDP能耗与小火电机组关停的关系,分别从节能降耗与环保效果的角度对我国关停小机组进行了分析,最后对小火电关停工作提出部分建议。

| Abstract: | From the current situation of shutting down thermal power in China,some characters about the small thermal power units that has been shut down has been analyzed,including shut capacity,unit scope,distribution region and so on.And together with the relation between GDP energy-consumption and thermal power shutting down,effects of the saving-energy environmental protection has been analyzed.On the basis,some relevant conclusion and some suggestion have been provided from practice. |
