IEC61850标准在220kV三乡数字化变电站的应用

在数字化变电站自动化进程中应用IEC61850标准成为现实。随着对IEC61850标准研究和应用的不断深入,各厂家生产的变电站智能化电气设备会逐步满足这一标准,尤其是生产消弧设备、电源设备等厂家将不再依赖变电站内的规约转换装置,直接使用IEC61850标准进行生产。IEC61850标准的实施,将使数字化变电站的发展进入一个崭新的阶段。文中提出了IEC61850标准及其在220 kV三乡数字化变电站的实际应用,浅释了IEC61850标准在变电站内设备间信息共享以及站内与远端信息的交互问题。同时验证了应用IEC61850标准建立开放式变电站自动化系统通信平台的可行性。

IEC61850 Standard and its Application in the 220 kV Sanxiang Digital Substation

The IEC61850 standard in digital substation automation applications become a reality. With in-depth research and application of the IEC61850 standard, substation intelligent electrical equipment of each manufacturer will gradually meet this standard, especially the manufacturers production of arc eliminating equipment, power supply equipment will no longer be dependent on the protocol conversion device in the substation, using the IEC61850 standard for production. The implementation of the IEC61850 standard will enable the development of digital substation into a new stage. In this paper introduces the IEC61850 standard and its application in the 220 kV substation in Sanxiang digital substation, and discusses the IEC61850 standard in the sharing of information between devices within the substation, as well as information and remote interaction. Finally it verifies the feasibility to establish the substation automation system communication platform with IEC61850 standard.
