摘    要:对YG6801型烘丝机原电控及管路系统存在问题进行了分析,采用现场总线等先进的控制模式对烘丝机原控制系统进行了改进,着重探讨了对出口含水率及出口烟丝温度的控制,并对管路系统的改进进行了论述。改进后提高了设备运行的可靠性,确保了烘丝机工艺参数的稳定,制丝质量也得到明显改善。

Abstract:The defects of original electric control system and pipeline system in YG6801 cut tobacco dryer were (analyzed,) the system was upgraded by the application of field bus and other advanced control modes. The control of moisture content and temperature of output cut tobacco was discussed in detail, and the improvement of pipeline (system) was discussed also. After control system modification, the running reliability of the dryer was increased, the stability of processing parameter was ensured, and cut tobacco quality was improved obviously.
