摘    要:探讨在ZAX-N型喷气织机上生产CJ 5.3/5.3 689/669 170 府绸的技术要点.通过合理控制原纱单纱强力、单强CV、条干、粗细节等指标;浆纱工序以提高耐磨性、贴伏毛羽和减少浆纱弹性损失为原则,选择高浓低黏浆料,采用高压上浆;织造工序优选边撑,控制好温湿度,控制织口游动解决边撑疵,合理设置探纬器灵敏度解决缺纬疵点,采用AB综丝,使得织机效率达88%,下机一等品率达92%.

Abstract:Technology key points of producing CJ 5.3/5.3 689/669 170 poplin on ZAX-N air-jet loom were discussed.Raw yarn single strength,strength CV,evenness,thick places and thin places et al indexes were controlled rationally.Principle of increasing abrasion resistance,reducing hairiness and sizing yarn elasticity loss was selected in sizing process,high density & lower viscosity size mixture was selected and higher sizing pressure was adopted.In weaving process,temple was optimized,temperature & humidity were controlled well,shed movement was controlled to resolve temple defects,sensitivity of weft detector was set rationally to avoid weft defects.AB heald was adopted,finally loom efficiency could reach 88%,first grade product before cloth repairing loom could reach 92%.
